  • Custom-made or heavily embellished designs may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other international locations may take longer depending on customs clearance.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier service.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted and embellished nature of our beaded kaftan Abayas, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns
  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or altered designs

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or wear

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

Return Process

Refunds
